Q.

I just need to know exactly what's wrong with me

I itch evertime after I've taken a bath, water in some some area close to where I live also give me a reaction where I itch longer and a sore throat after drinking it, when in contact with fabrics washed with powdered soap I itch, I can't share bathrooms with anyone cause of this, whenever I do, my feet itch and the irritation lasts longer, I've been switching my diet now and then but still, I'd just like to put a name behind my condition , every doctor I've been to tend to assume and it's not really it, can anyone be of help, thanks in advance .

An allergy to water is a possibility, but exceedingly rare (Aquagenic Urticaria). Other possibilities are another type of Physical Urticaria such as Cholinergic Urticaria. This doesn't sound like a food allergy.
