Heavy metal allergies are very rare and many people have dental implants removed unnecessarily when they suspect the metal is an issue. The MELISA test for heavy metal allergy tends to flag up may false -positive results. An ENT specialist would be able to examine the sinuses endoscopically and using scans to identify an underlying cause for your sinusitis.
