Skincare in your 30s

During your 30s, any persistent skin breakouts should dwindle. In their place will be the first signs of ageing. A decade ago you could party the night away and hide the damage with eye drops – now you get puffy, dark rings under your eyes.

If you still being treated for acne and you fall pregnant or plan to fall pregnant, you need to consider the dangerous effects of some drugs on the foetus. Consult both your dermatologist and your gynaecologist for acvice. Your doctor may decide to change your treatment plan.

Keep your skin well hydrated, especially if you live in a dry climate or during winter when skin is driest.

Be diligent about covering up in the sun. Make a big hat your favourite accessory. Bronze was last beautifil in the '70s.
