There are lots of tough things about being a teen. One of the worst is acne. On top of the embarrassment you feel, you're told to lay off all those fried foods and chocolate.

Well, here's some good news. Rutgers University's health centre says there's no evidence that food is related to acne. Instead, keeping your face clean helps. And if you do have pimples, over-the-counter remedies can work.

About your favourite foods, though: Rutgers advises that a balanced diet is the best way to go.
