Who can prescribe

Who can prescribe Ritalin, can a general practitioner do it.

Dear Anonymous,
Ritalin can be prescribed by a GP, Neurologist, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist. Although all professions are legally allowed to prescribe, some may prefer not to.

It has to be prescribed by a Paedetrician.
