Dear Marri,
Unfortunately, eating healthily in this day and age can be tricky. The easiest place to start is by ensuring all your fruits and vegetables are organic; eat free range eggs and chickens; line caught fish. If possible, bake your own bread using unrefined grains. In general, the less refined foods are the less likely they are to have preservatives and other impurities. You may find Patrick Hollard's eating plan interesting.
Kind regards.
