Ritalin with Vitamins

My son 10 yrs old very active. On 30mg LA Ritalin and give him Flaxseed tabs (1000mg) 2p/day. On active side no difference is Flaxseed essential or would you recommend something else that has been approved and tested.

Dear Shelley,

To my knowledge, Flaxseed oil is not intended to have any effect on activity level; it is a wonderful source of omega 3,6 and 9 which are essesntial for general health and well being.

There is no supplement which can reduce activity levels; the omegas are said to improve concentration. Usually a good dose of exercise in the later afternoon helps to expel energy and can mark the beginning of the 'winding down' process which makes getting to bed a little easier.

Kind regards,
Delia
