Dear Charlene,

The active ingredients in a generic should be the same as the original and theoreticaly should have the same effectiveness. However, some people respond better to the one over the other.

Kind regards,
Delia

I have been on Ritalin for about 18 years. From personal experience I feel there is no different. I think it is more of a psychological thing. phone me 0334133252
