Q.

My supposed Add

Dear Dr

I have been to a psycologist that did tests and told me that I am borderline ADD.
I would like to know what treatment is the best and who I could see in Cape Town

Dear Bill,

Treatment for ADHD should include some form of cognitive therapy for coping strategies; it is a personal choice of whether you would like to add medication to your treatment plan. A change of diet limiting sugars, preservatives and colourants, getting a lot of exercise and regular sleep will also be beneficial.

Please contact ADHASA at www.adhasa.co.za/(011) 888 7655 for specialists in your area.

Kind regards,
Delia
