Dear Sparks,
I'm sure you have heard this many times before, but without following a healthy eating pattern, your body cannot function properly. The fact that you collapsed supports this. Without your medical history and an examination it is difficult to state whether or not the concussion suffered as a result of that collapse has had an impact on your memory; concussions can cause disruptions in memory and mood. I do not know how long you have been taking anti-depressants for, and whether or not you have changed any other medication; however, if you are concerned that you may be experiencing side effects, a talk with your medical practitioner about the dosage may be beneficial. I wonder if you were assessed after the concussion? A visit with a neurologist/neuropsychologist would also assist in understanding and possibly alleviating the difficulties you are experiencing.
I wish you all the best.
