Dear Francois,

Living with ADD in yourself or a partner is very difficult, and I commend you for trying to find the best way to succeed. A support group can often be very beneficial as not only will you be around people who truly understand where you are coming from, it gives you a safe environment to vent - which we all need to do sometimes. Another option is to contact a psychologist or marriage counsellor (regardless of whether you are married or not) who has experience in ADD.

Please contact ADHASA at (011) 888 7655 or www.adhasa.co.za, they will be able to put in touch with relevant professionals in your area.

Best wishes,
Delia
