Dear Lisa,
Before medicating a child, even using natural remedies, it is a good idea to identify the cause of the symptoms. An educational or clinical psychologist will be able to do various assessments to determine whether he has ADD, or if there is some other cause of the symptoms. Once this has been established a plan of action can be developed which might include a change in diet. There are a number of natural remedies on the market, however, as each person reacts differently to medications and supplements I cannot state which would be the best. There are also drug free programmes available such as the Dore programme which can eliminate or reduce the symptoms you have mentioned.
Kind regards.
