Can a near drowning experience cause Central Auditory Processing Disorder

Dear Karin,

I think your question is better suited to the CyberDoc.

My opinion is that in a near drowning, the brain is starved for a period of time of oxygen, and in a developing brain this could result in any number of difficulties.
