Dear Sweet123,
For a diagnosis of ADD, symptoms must be present before the age of 7 years and in more than one situation (home, school and sport club for example). The symptoms you are describing can be attributed to ADD, provided the diagnostic criteria are met; however, they may also be due to a stress or a rundown immune system. You may wish to have a medical by your GP to rule out any physical causes. If the symptoms persist with no physical reason, a psychologist may be contacted for an assessment.
Kind regards.
