Q.

ADD and Sport

What kind of sport is best for children with ADD/ADHD?
I want my boy to participate in either gymnastics of Karate, but I don' t know which one, I think he will like both. Or is there something else?

Dear Ans,
Murtle is quite correct in stating that your son must enjoy the sport. There is no sport which is better for AD/HD. Sport is a very good way for these children to rid themselves of some of the energy they have, and is a good practice ground for appropriate social interactions with peers.
Kind regards.

I think any sport is good for add/adhd children. The most important thing is they must enjoy the sport and not be forced into it.
