Q.

Can I use my GP as a starting point?

Good day. I am 52 years old and have many signs that i could have un diagnosed adhd. I have always struggled, at school and now in business. My life is chaos, financially,unfinished projects etc.

Your GP is a good starting point - for screening for ADHD and referral to a psychiatrist. However, especially in adult-diagnosed ADHD it is very important that a psychiatrist do a comprehensive assessment prior to initiating treatment.
