What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching provides leaders with one-on-one, confidential coaching and the opportunity to focus on and develop themselves, their performance and their visions.

Executive coaching programmes are designed to create the insight and skills needed to master personal states of consciousness to evoke excellence from within and from those around you.

One-on-one executive coaching offers leaders the space to be themselves, share their concerns, work through their issues and discover anew what really matters in a private, challenging and supportive environment. This leads to greater fulfillment, satisfaction and excellence.

Coaching is an environment dedicated to expanding consciousness in a way that leads to more effective action. It takes place through and within a relationship with a very specific context. The context is created through the coach and the coachee.

The underlying contexts in a coaching relationship are, among others, mutual honouring of the humanity of coach and client, trust, two-way confidentiality and a mutual, rigorous commitment to excellence expressed in tangible results.

It is a relationship dedicated to personal development, growth and positive transformation. It is not an abstract, dry analysis of who you were. It's a profound enquiry into who you are, what makes you tick, what's holding you back and where you are stuck.

It's an opportunity to shift your consciousness and open freely to the unlimited possibilities of who you can be, the type of life worth living and the creation of an awesome and compelling future.

Coaching is a modality in which holistic learning occurs - spiritual, mental, emotional and biological. This approach allows for optimum integration and effective application. As integration is a primary goal and built into the process, sustainability is assured. - (Jonti Mayer, August 2006)
