Quite a few natural remedies might succeed in making the morning after more bearable. Try a cup of herbal tea – catnip, ginger, fennel, chamomile and peppermint teas are the most popular. Add a sprinkle of crushed fenugreek seeds and some fresh parsley. Take note, however, that breastfeeding women should avoid peppermint, that people with gastric ulcers should avoid ginger, that diabetics should stay away from fenugreek and that epileptics should steer clear of fennel.
