A fulfilling hobby is one way to effectively manage stress. A pleasurable activity that's just for fun helps to put a little distance between us and the day-to-day drudge, and inevitably leads to meeting people with the same interests. 

So, whether you're looking at joining a hiking club, giving yoga a try, preserving memories with scrap-booking or starting your own blog, creative spaces in your life are necessary to keep you healthy and positive.
