Most women know that there are few more uncomfortable things than a vaginal itch. But what causes them? Most likely a yeast infection, which is the result of an overabundance of this common fungus. Lowered immunity, which could be the result of too little rest or of illness, could be the cause of this.

Take action:
Wear loose cotton clothing rather than tight nylons. You can also get over-the-counter medicines to treat vaginal itching, but rather go the doctor to confirm what the source of the problem is. Otherwise you could be wasting your money.
