Laser hair removal

This is the most painless and long-lasting form of temporary hair removal. (It is also the most expensive). An invisible beam of light disables the hair follicle, stunting its growth. Because the laser only affects the hair follicle itself, no lasting skin irritations occur, making this a great method of hair removal for men with sensitive skin.

The downside of laser therapy is that you can only have small, 2,5cm area treated per “shot”, consequently you will have to go back for many treatments. If, for example, you decide to have your back hair “lasered”, it will take about six months to see results, after a year though, you will be hair-free, so for many men laser is a small price to pay.

Like electrolysis, laser hair removal is also expensive and time consuming. It is therefore best to use it on small patches of hair on your neck, toes, fingers and eyebrows. If you’re a professional cyclist, it might be a good investment to have your legs done.
