Experts reckon that exams are one of the most stressful experiences we endure. Luckily, there are effective ways to cope.

Take action:
Take heart that a modest amount of stress and anxiety can provide valuable stimulus that will get you to study and prepare; decide to control what you can control – don't waste time getting worked up over the elements you have no power over; avoid negative thinking – instead of arguing with yourself about how awful everything is and how you feel sure you'll fail, rather strike up a positive dialogue; exercise moderately, and eat and rest wisely.
