Does it really make a difference giving up if you’ve smoked all your life?


It‘s never too late to stop. The risk for cancer and other diseases decreases for any smoker who gives up. Of course, the sooner you give up the better. Stopping smoking, at whatever age, will improve your health and prolong your life.
