Six steps to health

Are you drowning in a sea of health messages? Do this, don't do that, eat this, don't touch that. Well, considering the fact that it's almost weekend, we decided to keep things simple today.

Take action:
Just focus on the following and you're on your way to better health: be mindful of how you sit and stand – posture affects your overall wellbeing; drink at least four glasses of water per day – fruit juice and fizzy drinks are loaded with unnecessary sugar and kilojoules; try and get a little exercise every day – even if it's just 20 minutes of walking; a daily bath not only cleanses, but relaxes you – make an occasion of it; it's not always possible, but try and get to bed most of the time at more or less the same time; and do something every day you enjoy – if you feel happy, you're less susceptible to illness.
