Cope better with stress by learning how to meditate. It's easier than you think and you don't even have to book a trip to Tibet to do it.
Take action:
Make a list of 20 activities you do every week, like brushing your teeth etc. Pick one, and every time you do it for the next week, stop and think about it. Giving conscious thought to something you usually do without thinking, is a form of meditation. It wipes out the other "noise" and clutter in our heads. Each week, add another activity.
