If waking up is a problem for you, you could be suffering from sleep deprivation or low blood pressure. But maybe you're just not a morning person. What can you do to get you going in the mornings?
Take action:
Set your alarm clock and put it at the far end of the room, where you can still hear it, but will have to get up to turn it off; wash your face with cold water as soon as you get out of bed; take a shower, and just before you get out, run only the cold water; have a good cup of strong coffee, unless you are caffeine-intolerant; eat a bowl of cereal to start off your day – it contains good roughage and will boost your energy levels; turn on the radio while dressing – some noise should wake you up; have a notebook and pen next to your bed and write down a list of your daily duties to get your mind going.
