Take action:
Make sure the following foods form part of your diet this winter: foods rich in vitamin C, like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, and guavas; foods rich in beta-carotene, like pumpkin, sweet potato and butternut; fatty fish, which are rich in the omega-3 fatty acids; good sources of zinc, like fish, oysters, meat, poultry and eggs; foods that contain fermentation organisms, like yoghurt
