Step 1
Lose weight if you are overweight. See our Weight Loss Centre.

Step 2.
Go to your doctor and find out if you have hyperthyroidism or may be suffering from hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

Step 3.
If there is no underlying cause to the hyperhidrosis, try using an aluminium chloride containing anti-perspirant.

Step 4.
