Sign 1: An obvious lump in the breast

Sign 2: An unusual increase in the size of one breast

Sign 3: Puckering of the skin of the breast or tethering - seen particularly when one leans forward or raises one's arm

Sign 4: One breast lower than the other. Nipples at different levels.

Sign 5: Swelling of the upper arm

Sign 6: New dimpling of the nipple

Sign 7: A change in the skin of the nipple

Sign 8: An enlargement of the lymph nodes
