Reebok Fitness Convention

Reebok Education announces the 2011 Reebok Fitness Convention showcasing new fitness regimes this September at Planet Fitness, Sandton.

The strategic Reebok-Cirque du Soleil partnershiphas led to two exciting and innovative new fitness programmes in recent years – Jukari Fit To FlexTMand Jukari Fit To FlyTM demonstrated for the first time in South Africa at the 2011 Reebok Fitness Convention.

The convention will be hosted at Planet Fitness at their state- of- the-art facility in the Village Walk, Sandton, Johannesburg. Well-loved radio and television celebrity Sam Cowen will open the event on Saturday the 3rdSeptember 2011 with her inspirational story of ‘how she got off the couch and into the gym’.

A recent survey showed that 64% of regular gym-goers cite boredom as the main obstacle to their sustained commitment. With continuous pressure placed on fitness professionals to realise results while training an increasingly sophisticated and informed client base with innovative exercise formats, up-skilling is a fact of life and an exciting one.

Use this opportunity to experience the latest in exercise programming presented by some of the top international fitness gurus sharing their expertise alongside our own top local fitness professionals. This event will leave you inspired and ready to put the fun back into fitness.
