Tricep Kick Back with Resistance Band

Stand on the middle of the band and wrap the loose ends around your hands or grasp the handles with palms facing inwards. Bend your knees and then bend slightly forward at your waist, pulling your abdominals in. Bend your arm at the elbow and tighten the resistance band. Concentric contraction: Breathe out.
