Standing Leg Curl

Stand with knees just below the knee supports and the pad against the back of the ankle, hold onto the machine for support, standing on the right leg. Breathe out as you flex the left knee, lifting the lower leg as high as possible, against the resistance. Breathe in as you lower the left leg slowly controlling the movement (2 - 4 seconds). Repeat with right leg. Continue until the desired number of repetitions are completed.
