Flat Dumbbell Press

Lie flat on the bench with both feet on the floor for support. The dumbbells are held against each other. Palms face inwards for stability. Eccentric contraction: Breathe in Flex elbows lowering dumbbells slowly together and with control (2-4 seconds), until the elbows level with the shoulders (thumbs pointing inwards).
