Chin Ups

Concentric contraction: Breathe out. Pull up until the bar is either just below the chin (front pull ups ) Eccentric contraction: Breathe in. Lower the body slowly and with control (2-4 seconds) until the arms are straight. Repeat until the desired number of repetitions are completed.
