When to stop exercising

If any of the following conditions are experienced, it is highly recommended that you stop exercising:

  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Dizziness or fainting
  • Shortness of breath
  • Palpitations
  • Generalised oedema
  • Decreased foetal activity
  • Vaginal bleeding
  • Leaking of amniotic fluid
  • Onset of contractions
