If you travel frequently for work, you know how hard it is to find the time to work out.

Even if you’re lucky enough to stay in a hotel with a gym, it’s probably busy, dirty or lacks the equipment you need to get the workout you want.

We’re here to tell you it’s OK, because you can get a fat-burning workout right in your hotel room – no equipment required.

All you need is some willpower.

Take it from Paige VanZant in the video below, which shows us how you can get in a great workout just about anywhere.

The premise is simple: your 10 favourite workouts, 10 times for 10 rounds. It’s 100 reps, no equipment required.

VanZant herself starts off with some step-ups, right onto the hotel room couch.

“You’re going to be doing your step-ups, but as fast as you can,” she says. Let the sweat begin.

Next, VanZant wants to hit her core, so while she implores you to do your favourite core move, she’s all about this oblique-blaster.

“Just get down and do your favourite core workout,” she says. “My favourite core workout is Russian twists. Hands up and touch each side as I twist.”

Third, do 10 reps of push-ups. No space? No problem.

“If you’re in a small space and you don’t have somewhere to lay down and do push-ups, you can always do them on the corner of your bed or your couch,” VanZant says.

Ten of your favourite moves, 10 reps, 100 total. Who needs a gym in a hotel?
