Zumba 2

Hi Doc, it' s been a week since I added Zumba to my regular exercise routine. I' ve lost a kg and a cm around my waist (I' m sure I could' ve lost more but I wasn' t good with my diet). I still haven' t lost anything around my hips. Should I carry on just with the cardio or should I add something?

Hi Dana

I think give it time - the kind of specific area weight loss you're after doesn't happen very quickly, and so it will take you some time. So just stick with it and you'll see progress eventually!
