You can have 3 servings of fat-free yoghurt a day, so having 1-2 tablespoons on your baked potato will not result in excessive intake of yoghurt. Make sure that the meat you eat is very lean with all the fat removed and use fat-fee cottage cheese for your lunchtime sandwiches (there are lots of super flavours to choose from). Have the cappuccino with fat-free milk or foam (no cream!) and sweetener.
