Your opinion please

Nausea, weight loss, severe fatigue, falls, sensitive to touch, hair loss, feeling unwell.

Medical hx: enlarged liver and spleen, gallstones and kidney stones, annemia, immune titre a low positive 1:80.

No history of drugs or alcahol abuse. Stress levels constant over last few years.

Tried excersise, eating balanced. No improvement.

Any ideas?

Did they check your thyroid hormone levels, fasting blood sugar, and did you have a neurological evaluation? It could also be symptoms of an auto-immune disease. Maybe you should see a physician for a full workup?
