Dear Klaudija
This diet tablet contains a mixture of all the usual ingredients, of which the following are not regarded as harmful, but it is doubtful if they will cause weightloss: L-phenylalanine (just an amino acid, which is also used in Aspartame), niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, pyridoxine (B-complex vitamins), vit D3, L-taurine (another amino acid).
The following ingredients could be harmful and may cause dehydration: caffeine, Uva ursi, Indian Lotus leaf.
I am not acquainted with Caralluma Extract Cha''de Burge or the Nano-compound, but I really doubt that any of these ingredients will help with weightloss.
The Chromium polynicotate may improve blood glucose levels.
Rather save your money or spend it on buying healthy food for your diet or joining a good gym.
Best regards
