Yoga is however, not classified as an aerobic exercise and may not produce as much weightloss as brisk walking, cycling, swimming or skipping to name but a few of the typical aerobic exercises. Perhaps you can combine the yoga for relaxation and mental strengthening with 30 min of one of the aerobic exercise to promote weightloss.
