If I do 20 minutes of Yoga in the morning and 20 mins in the afternoon 5 times a week will this help with weight loss in conjunction with a healthy eating plan?

Dear Zee
Yoga is an excellent form of exercise because it strengthens muscles and helps you to relax and do deep breathing. Yoga is however, not classified as an aerobic exercise and may not produce as much weightloss as brisk walking, cycling, swimming or skipping to name but a few of the typical aerobic exercises. Perhaps you can combine the yoga for relaxation and mental strengthening with 30 min of one of the aerobic exercise to promote weightloss.
Best regards
