Dear Carena
If a patient is already so thin that they are physically ill with an eating disorder, it is not a good idea for them to still take a medication that is supposed to cause weightloss. That would be the final straw. Patients with eating disorders should be getting combined therapy from a clinical psychologist and a dietitian to help them conquer these dreaded diseases, not taking slimming pills.
