Wonderful pregnancy

Hi there. This might seem like a strange question, but is it normal/ok to feel good during pregnancy? I''m 6 months pregnant and have felt really great most of the time. Yes I''ve had the occasional sore back and mood swing, but other than that things have been fabulous. I didn''t get morning sickness, no stretch marks (yet), no ravenous cravings, no extreme bloating... It seems strange but sometimes it makes me worry because some of my preggi friends struggle with something new every week and all the various things one reads about how to combat this and that. I''m also feeling really happy and positive... It''s awesome feeling good but I also don''t want to be disillusioned :) All my visits to my gynae have been great, there are no concerns, but sometimes people say " ah, you''ve had it so good now, it can''t last forever! She''s probably going to be a hand full!"  Please let me know your thoughts... Thanks
