withdrawal symptoms.

Hi

I have been a smoker and I have just reached my second week and have cut down on smoking. I only take 1 cigarette per day. My problem is that I suffer from inconsistant headaches and muscle spasms. They come and go. Will it get better soon, I never had it before.

Dear July
One can get withdrawal when you cut down on smoking - try drinking lots of water to get rid of toxins. If you stop it will take about a week to 10 days for the side effects to clear up totally.
