WInter Toes

Every winter I suffer from extreme cold feet, to the point that they become red, swolen and very painful. What can I do to prevent this and how can I treat my winter toes?

I suggest that you consult your doctor for an examination to exclude predisposing factors, like anemia, hypothyroidism and diabetes. Your doctor prescribe a calcium channel blocker to alleviate your symptoms. Keep your feet warm by wearing wool socks.
