Dear Trying
It is a normal physiological response to want to eat more when it gets cold. This is how our ancestors survived the various ice ages that swept over the earth. It is important that you eat snacks that are filling and satisfying, but don't provide masses of kJ. Various soups which you can serve hot together with low-GI bread or Pro-Vitas should prevent those hunger pangs. Low-fat or fat-free milk with cacao and artificial sweetener, served warm will also make you feel less deprived and help you to sleep well at night thanks to the high tryptophan content of milk which increases the serotonin levels in the brain.
Best regards
