Wife Pregnant

Hi, my wife is 11 weeks pregnant and we visted the gynae recently, i would just like to know how the process works becuase the doc said that the baby is 8 weeks and how do i know if i am the father of the baby - becuase i was away in Africa for three weeks during the time she concieved..Please advise

If you are asking about paternity testing, this is usually done after the baby is born. If done while the baby is in utero, an amniocentesis is required and this carries a risk of miscarriage.
