Wife experiencing sexual intimacy problem

Doc, my is experience a problem of sexual intimacy, she is not interested or has a desire to make love. she does not participate when making love. She is suffering of continous headache that we were talk at headache clinic that is caused by her neck muscles. Last week she was diagnised with sugar diabetic. she is also thinking maybe whe has hormone imbalance.

She has now realise that she has a mojor problem that may destroy her marriage. She want some professional help. Could you please help and also assist by providing us referrence to professional practitioner around JHB &  PTA who can assist.
