white tongue

Dear doc,my tongue is no longer pink it has a whitish colour even though i still brush twice a day .what could be the cause and how can i treat it?.thanking you in advance

I suggest that you consult your doctor for an examination, as it is possible that you have a yeast infection, causing the white deposit on your tongue. Your doctor can also do blood tests, to exclude anemia.
