Dear Kim
It is important to obtain a clear diagnosis of wheat allergy before you start cutting out such a staple food. Because your mother is allergic to wheat it is possible that you may have a similar sensitivity. Please consult your dr who will arrange for allergy tests. Once we have a diagnosis we can see how you can compensate if you need to cut out wheat.

How do you cut it out - you just stop eating it!!!
I haven''t had bread now for 15 years and my health has never been better. You got to also stop eating oats as well. You can get a comprehensive list of all gluten containing grains on the internet.

Eventually you get used to not eating wheat - I dont miss it one bit
